Insurance Information

We make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. We are currently an in-network provider for Delta Dental. We will file claims with all other dental insurance carriers as a courtesy for you. Our fees are the same whether you have insurance or not and do not vary from plan to plan. If you have any problems or questions please feel free to ask our us.  

Payment options:

An estimate will be provided to you before your appointment based upon information gathered from your insurance company. This estimate will be due at the time of service. The full treament amount will be filed with your insurance, if there is a difference once insurance has paid you will either receive a bill or a refund check from our office. If you do not have insurance the full treatment cost will be due at the time of service.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
